Feedback and Training Evaluation
A program that simplifies the process of entering, calculating, displaying, and distributing any feedback or evaluation data from training or similar programs.
- Allows for easy entry of raw scores and comments from training.
- Calculates the mean and mode for these raw scores, and calculates the means for all training scores previously entered.
- Stores the data for each trainer, for all trainers, and for all classes over a one-year period.
- Displays the data by raw scores, mean, mode, and overall mean. It also displays the data by trainer, by class, for all trainers, and for all classes.
- Allows the data to be graphed by individual question, by trainer, and by class vs. company mean.
- Is easily customized for different trainers, questions, or training scales.

For medical or insurance office personnel – teaches recognition and recall of terms and definitions for common body parts and associated disorders, Greek and Latin prefixes, suffixes and roots connected with medical terms and the body system.
