Confidence Building Software, Inc. has been producing instructional software for schools and businesses since 1992. Our company has been know as Precision Learning Systems and was a part of Aubrey Daniels International until 2003, when it became an independent firm.
Our products are used extensively in educational institutions to prepare students for standardized tests such as High School Graduation Exams and College Placement Tests.
As Behavior Analysts, we use the methodologies of Instructional Design and Fluency as the basis for our products. Through Instructional Design, we create content that challenges the student but insures that proficiency is attainable. Though the use of Fluency practices, we assist the student to achieve unhesitant, accurate responses to the material.
Our products help the student learn through three modes; Learning, Practicing and Testing.
- Learn Mode: Allows the student to review and refresh their knowledge and skills without pressure.
- Practice Mode: Encourages the student to strive for accuracy and speed in responding to the material.
- Test Mode: Shows the student how much they have improved in their test-taking abilities under conditions similar to those they will experience when taking high stakes testing.
